A great team is all about shared values and our team are a group of likeminded, respectable, and reliable individuals. Whilst running numerous sites simultaneously, our highly skilled team comprised of site foreman, carpenters, apprentices, and office staff all dedicate their passion for the craft and execute outstanding properties.

Frank Locascio
Managing Director

Frank manages the operational aspect of the business and has a comprehensive knowledge of residential construction, ranging from simple cost-effective alterations and additions to complex site excavations and large-scale new prestige homes.

Frank’s role within the business is to ensure that the highest standards are maintained across all Locagroup projects in an efficient and effective professional manner with a focus on efficient cost management and client satisfaction.

Sam Locascio
Principal and General Manager

Sam is a fully qualified civil engineer who has worked in the building industry since 1988. Over this time, he has developed a wealth of experience in custom residential construction, commercial, industrial and government construction projects. Therefore, he can give invaluable insight and advice to our clients, providing both a sense of trust in the process, and confidence in the outcome.

Aside from currently running Locagroup. Sam has worked for several of Australia’s leading building companies, including: CPB Construction, Thiess, Dedico Development Services and Abigroup, thus proving he exhibits all-round and in-depth building knowledge.
