This beautiful beachfront residence was constructed on a difficult access block on the south side of Bronte Beach and it features a concrete rooftop planter showcasing a range of Australian native plants. 

Sitting on a small block it was vital that light filtered through each level including the basement, which was achieved by a series of meticulously positioned glass floors. 

It also features an elegant copper roof, a tri-level sandstone boundary wall and cedar battens cladding.
